Of course, they were shown exactly what the organizations in Mexico wanted them to see. Easy to remove offending evidence if you are given warning. What will happen now, I am sure, is that the investigation will be called into question. Who is really going to believe an internal audit? You haven’t heard – I read (somewhere, can’t locate it right now) that the bishops will or already have released a statement that they found nothing in Mexico and that LifeSiteNews had printed erroneous information.

Of course, they were shown exactly what the organizations in Mexico wanted them to see. Easy to remove offending evidence if you are given warning.
