&quot;Who says that a full time work week should be 40 hours or more?  Especially for working mothers, we should change the number of hours to no more than 5 hours a day-that would be 20 hours a week, and then mothers could be home for their children when the kids get home from school.  Who determined that 40 hours a week is what is needed to get benefits?  We should be thinking about what our children need, not what we want.&quot;
