March for Life

Published by at 1:17 pm

It’s the annual March for Life today and I just checked it out. Beautiful day here in Ottawa, sunny and warmer than it’s been. The Hill is full, many people are just enjoying the sunshine. A photo, courtesy of Faytene Kryskow, because I did not take my camera.

Our march here in Halifax was blessed with sunny skies as well. A smaller, well, let’s not say smaller, a dedicated assembly :)

I have followed this blog for a couple years, now. Reading, daily, everything you post as well as linking to some of your content.

I have never commented before but since you mentioned Faytene in this post, I thought I would say a big Thank You for your ongoing work.

    Cheers!

My Mother, youngest son and I drove 5 hours to Ottawa to attend yesterday’s March for Life. It is an overwhelmingly positive experience. The people (particularly the massive amounts of teenagers BOTH boys and girls) are so enthusiastic!!! This is my third time attending, and each time I return home feeling buoyed by having shared a day with people of like-mind. The 100 or so pro-abortion protesters try (using vulgarity and hatred) but cannot outdo the hope and joy that permeates the pro-life crowd. Thank you to the organizers and to those who attended. Can’t wait till next year!!!
