PEI comes up with a very academic conference entitled: Abortion, The Unfinished Revolution.
The line up is supposed to be impressive, but it sounds like a lot of political-speak, euphemisms and the worst kind of feminist ideology. You can see the whole line up of “papers” to be presented, with summaries here.

I wanted to attend when they put out the call for papers. Now, seeing the papers, I really really want to attend. I’m not being sarcastic either. There’s numerous papers relating to abortion in Canada that I’d like to hear more about. Sigh…
How can we get you out there, Rebecca? I think it would be valuable for you and for all of us to have someone there. Is money the factor or time? Because I think we could raise up the funds to get you there…
I think I can get the time. But it’s not something work can cover and I’m not sure I can afford the entire cost…
