Meanwhile, on the other side of the country

So while University of Ottawa was happily hosting me to discuss why being pro-life is pro-woman, University of Victoria banned their pro-life club. Because it “inherently discriminates” against women. Clearly, some work remains.

    More pro-life students need to get involved with their universities and be part of the student society who decides who is a club and who isn’t . . . that might help prevent this from continually happening. At this point, that might be the best way to fight this sort of ridiculousness. Googling around, it looks like that club has bounced in and out of funding and status multiple times at UVic. Getting some actual pro-lifers on the student council might make a real difference!
