Oh my. You just gave me painful flashbacks to my choral conducting class.
(Next week, find a recording of “Feierlicher Einzug” by Richard Strauss — also good for making an grand and glorious entrance!)
Another flashback from the past. With over 300 in our choir, I can delude myself into believing that I performed well as we sang this for John Paul II when he came for World Youth Day. If only Vivaldi did a short version that we could use in a real Mass!
