This is a really interesting infographic of abortion in Canada, from the National Post.
It’s quite dispassionate, and, from what I can tell, quite accurate.
What I find really, really disturbing, is that this is essentially a big pictorial representation of how and when we kill our kids in Canada.
I’m glad they did this.
Well, I wrote the Post columnist to say thanks for something that is factual I was struck that the graphic used seemingly innocuous words like ‘termination’ in reference to abortion and ’tissue’ and ‘debris’ in reference to … . We are not tissue nor should be terminated and or referred to as debris. We are persons and our bodies have tissue. We are mode for life, not maybe, but assuredly. We are valuable and not debris.
Glad to see that the National Post was able to get the 2009 abortion statistics for Ontario because they won’t get them for 2012 forward. And, curiously, Ontario has the highest provincial abortion rate…. coincidental, perhaps, but I suspect it has more to do with Ontario health-care funds spent on an elective procedure, based on a twisted ideology, to the detriment of persons who legitimately need health care.
