Abortion: Not a woman’s issue anymore

April 13, 2011 by Andrea Mrozek 3 Comments

I believe abortion is not solely a women’s issue because I think men ought to be involved with and responsible for their unborn children, too.

Others believe it because they think men have babies. No really.

I scanned the comments on that site and those people are really whacko! They have turned reality so upside down that they actually believe what they say.

I don’t think the length of our hair, how we hold our hands or anything else they mentioned should determine what gender a person is. That sounds too… confining. I am a woman, and I want to be able to act however I want to act, not meet up some sort of standards of “womanhoodness.” Strange how regressive that group seems to be….

I have two sons, and a daughter. My daughter is just a baby, and it still throws me how people seem to think she needs to be dressed in pink. I think the blue, green and yellow clothes she’s inherited from her brothers does fine for her right now, but people have actually said “oh, but you need to let her wear pink so she can be a little girl…”. These nonsensical ideas that if a person doesn’t dress and act a certain way they aren’t a certain gender… I just don’t get it.

I think it is so much simpler to say that if your genitals or genetics say you’re a woman, you’re a woman, and you’re free to act however you’d like… I know there’s some people whose genitals and genetics are vague but I don’t think that discredits the whole idea.

People deserve very good life and loans or just small business loan would make it better. Just because people’s freedom relies on money state.
