Father allows his two young daughters to freeze to death and he should not go to jail?
ROSE VALLEY, Sask. – Native elders are recommending that a Saskatchewan father serve a life sentence of spiritual guidance and healing instead of time behind bars for the freezing deaths of his two young girls.

These native elders are living in la-la land! Where is that environment of spiritual guidance and healing? Not in Canada! I am firmly convinced that the majority of problems we face today are the result of 1. Trudeau’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms, which bestows rights on criminals who by their actions have forfeited those rights. And 2. Political correctness, which originated in Marxism of the thirties. (Google it!)

I would like to ask the same question Ms. Jimmy. What kind of a society is it that lets a man get off for neglect that led to death? I live in California and when parents leave their children in the over 100 degree cars with no windows cracked you bet they will be hauled off to jail if their child dies!!
(Not that I couldn’t name a million examples of deserving criminals being let off in California.)
