In spite of being in a conference this weekend, I heard about this march against greed and capitalism. I did not hear about the tens of thousands marching in Spain against the liberalisation of abortion laws.

What works even better than marches is winning elections for the good guys.
It’s true: socialist issues attract more attention than life issues. I can only say to you, ladies: don’t give up. But the only support you have is the fact that you are right. Which, however, is still more valuable than enjoying popular support for the wrong reason. “The world wants to be deceived,” they said in the “dark” Middle Ages – and they were right.
