Nothing to see here, move along

July 24, 2009 by Brigitte Pellerin 4 Comments

So a father, mother and brother are accused of murdering their three daughters and sisters, respectively, along with a “relative” who, it turns out, was the father’s first (and never, as far as I know, divorced) wife. Which gives us both polygamy and what looks like “honour killing”. And what did you hear from the feminists?

(…)

That’s what I thought.

    Dammit Janet, Broadsides and ACR.

Do you even know how to use Google? Or do you like being dishonest for effect more?

I guess its too much to ask for honest when you have the chance to bash feminists AND Muslims at the same time eh?

Where you when supporting RAWA and other similar groups before 9-11? Oh yeah, that happened at Rabble with Judy Rebick.

Gosh, Mike, thanks! Now I know they all think I shouldn’t blame religion – especially not if it’s Islam!
Because we all know how cruel and murderous Buddhists can be.
Between being quick to use the term “honour killing” to describe, well, “honour killings” and being quick to blame those who are quick to use the term “honour killing”, I know which group I don’t want to be in. I guess that means I like being dishonest for effect more.

What is meant, and what you should be able to understand is being said, is, “there are no liberals on Blogging Torries and the other right-wing enclaves I visit talking about this.”

Brigitte everyone has their own way of thinking. lets say a canadian or american man decided to kil his wife because he was upset or just say threaten her cuz he was totaly angry, would you call that honor killing? i wouldnt think so being you. i suggest that you get some background about different relions and cultures before blaming any religion. 😉
