Maybe there is a hidden pro-life message in this ad. So what? Seems to me churches can and should call it like it is (and abortion is morally wrong, though you would hardly know it by attending church these days) whether or not there may be a political takeaway.

Prolife or not, it’s awfully cute! Makes the Advent season a whole lot more real, too. 🙂
(It seems to me that no matter what Christians do, we’re going to be maligned and criticized, so we might as well go all in!)

Wow, that is a great ad.
The defensiveness of the pro-abortion crowd is something to see, isn’t it? You’d almost think they were worried about somebody disturbing this “consensus” that they’re always claiming exists.

This touches a chord with me. I’m never amazed that someone would be non-religious and pro-life but I’m always startled when someone claims to be religious and is pro-abortion.
I’ve basically abandoned the United Church of Canada for their pro-choice stand. Now I don’t see myself becoming Catholic for a variety of reasons. I also can’t see myself going to some sort of evangelical church; they’re pro-life but have a tendency to be homophobic. I need to switch to another mainstream Protestant denomination that still claims to be against abortion (although I’m perfectly aware not every person sitting in the pews will be pro-life).
Anybody out there got any ideas?
