Makes me all very glad I am no longer a teen and not yet a parent. All I can think is that national government efforts, whether they emphasise sex ed or abstinence, are doomed to fail even before they begin.

The headline is rather misleading. “Pupils to be taught about sex at seven?” Only the very basics. It’s at the ‘mummy and daddy make a baby together’ level, I think. The explicit stuff doesn’t start until they are in secondary school.
