This is good news, though I have a teeny tiny fear that part of the Canadian identity is bound up in its not being American. I hope that’s not the case.
Luckily, this is Canada. Where a majority of Canadians, having thought it over, now want abortion included in the G8 maternal health care initiative. Two polls in the last couple of days show that the percentage of people wanting such coverage is growing.
